Amcor Enters Into $394 Million Agreement for Sale of Three Flexible Packaging Plants in UK, Ireland

Divestment was required by the European Commission at the time of approving Amcor’s acquisition of Bemis.

Amcor plc announces it has entered into a binding agreement with Kohlberg & Company, for the sale of three former Bemis plants located in the UK and Ireland for cash consideration of $394 million (€347 million).
